Dance Alchemy (chakra) -

Transforming & processing repressed/stuck emotions

In this session, you explore all spectrum of your emotions so that you can process and transform any stuck or stagnant energy in your body.

We utilize a sacred geometry approach where you get to connect with your senses and intuitive gifts (clairaudience - clear hearing, clairvoyant - clear seeing, claircognizance clear - knowing, clairsentience - clear feeling)

You experience a sense of inner emotional liberation so that you can come back to center to yourself and feel a sense of freedom.

We align and balance our chakras through key movement techniques at a cellular DNA level, mental, emotional and physical level.

Inner Child Dance Alchemy

Movement session where you get to embrace all parts of your inner child and transform wounds of abandonment, rejection, betrayal and humiliation.

You get to integrate your inner child self.

Boost self-esteem, confidence and regulate your nervous system.

Tantric Self-Expression Movement

Movement session where we explore our sacred sensuality and heal sexual traumas.

We release shame and self-rejection.

5 Elements of Nature Movement

Movement session where we connect with the natural elements we carry in our body and cultivate a deeper relationship with the elements outside of us.

It's an inside-outside movement practice with the main 5 elements (Fire, Air, Earth, Water & Ether).
